1.Login to your Odoo account
2۔ From the navigation bar on the left menu click on Human Resources→ PD Request, or click on more info on the right under PD request.
3. Click request New PD
4. Please fill out all the required information. When entering the dates be sure to click on the calendar icon and choose the date. For registration cost and additional cost, be sure to choose currency as well. When all information is entered click Send to Draft. This will now go into draft mode.
5. To submit your request you must click on submit when it is in draft mode, go back to the PD request page
a) If you are done, click on Submit
b) If you want to review your request , click on view
c) If you need to update, click on Edit then update and resave
d) If you want to delete, click on Delete
6. Once you click submit, it will show as submitted and will go to your principal/ direct manager to approve.
7.After your PD is completed, please file a reimbursement request (PD Reimbursement).
