Login to your admin account
From Top Right, click on the profile blue circle then click on Manage Profile choice
3. Your Profile settings shows up to you, and you are free to change some beautiful settings as desired.
A- Page to Display When You Sign In: it's to define the homepage or the first page you'd like to see in the first open of PowerSchool.
B- Page to Display When You Open a Student Profile: gives you multiple choices on what to be shown first when you select to view a student's profile, such as:
Quick Lookup.
Activities.
Attendance.
Cumulative Info.
Demographics.
And so on....
C- Display Quick Search Alphabet on the Start Page: a check box to view/hide the search bar in the home page which gives you feature to search for students/staff/contacts easily (disabling it is not recommended).
D- Display PowerScheduler Task Navigator when Scheduling: Checkbox to view/hide the PowerSchedular Task Navigator in the scheduling module.
E- Disable Smart Search: Checkbox to enable/disable to view search probabilities while searching the quick search bar.
F- Include Inactive Student/Staff Results: Checkbox to enable/disable including the inactive students & staff (Graduated, Transferred out, Dropped, Resigned, and so on...) being active is recommended.
