Send Emails using PTP
1) From PowerSchool SIS Screen, From navigation panel at the left side click on Power Teacher Pro
2) From Power Teacher Pro screen, Click on the plus button and select from the list - Email
3) In the window "Create Email"
a)You can select which class you want to send emails
b)You can select student by checking the box in student field
c)You can select parents by checking the box in contacts field
d)You can select all student and all parents by checking this boxs
e) You can copy the selected emails to send a message with any portal you need or you can create a message in the same window
4)To create a message
a)Click on message tab fill email subject and message body
b)If you need to send a copy of the email to your account check this box
c) click on send
